(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, any decision given order made, anything done, any action taken or any proceedings commenced under any of the provisions of the Act so repealed or Rules Statutes, Regulations in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue to be in force and shall deemed to have been given, made, done, taken or commenced um the corresponding provisions of this Act.
