Mr. Kaushal Kishore Vishwakarma, resident of village Bhabhuwa Madhya Pradesh has sent present letter petition, which has been treated and registered as Original Application, complaining about non-compliance of order dated 17.01.2022 passed by this Tribunal in O.A No. 72/2019 titled as Rakesh Singh Vs. State of Punjab.
