Section 24(1) in Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2019
(1)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, it shall be the duty of every local authority to enforce, within the area subject to its jurisdiction, the provisions of this Act, subject to the supervision of the State Government.
