- At a meeting of the Court, the Executive Council, [the Faculty Council for post-graduate studies, the Council for undergraduate studies] [Words substituted for the words 'the Faculty Councils for post-graduate and undergraduate studies' by W.B. Act 17 of 1999.] or any other authority or body of the University, the person presiding at the meeting shall not vote in the first instance, but shall have and exercise a casting vote in the case of an equality of votes.
