Section 9(1) in Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987
(1)The Chancellor shall have power to order an inspection, by such person as he may appoint, of the University and its buildings, research stations, laboratories, centers, libraries, museums, workshops and equipments and also of any institution, college or hostel administered, controlled or maintained by the University. An inspection or enquiry may also be made, as directed by the Chancellor, into the teaching or other work conducted by or under the auspices of the University or any matter connected with the administration or the finances of the University.
