ORDER
PER Ms. MADHUMITA ROY - JM:
The instant miscellaneous application filed by the assessee is directed against the ex-parte order dated 24.01.2019. Since none appeared on behalf of the assessee at time of call on 30.11.2018 the Ld. Tribunal was pleased to dismiss the matter for default.
2. Having regard to the explanation rendered by the assessee in the instant application for not been able to appear before the date of hearing which according to us is a bona fide mistake of the assessee we hereby recall the order.
