Section 23 in Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1965
23. Transfer of property.
- The Government may transfer to the Board buildings, land or any other property, whether movable or immovable, for use and management by the Board on such conditions and limitations as the Government may deem fit for the purpose of this Act.
