Section 9(1) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)An officer or employee shall be confirmed in the service of the Bank if in the opinion of the Appointing Authority, the officer or employee has satisfactorily completed his probation.
