Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Forest Contract (Disposal of Forest Produce) Rules, 1977
1. Short title, Commencement and Applicability.
- (i) These rules shall be called the Andhra Pradesh Forest Contract (Disposal of Forest Produce) Rules, 1977.(ii)These rules shall apply to all sales of forest produce conducted by the Forest Department unless otherwise provided for by special rules for specific produce.
