1. The short grievance made in this writ petition is about the non disposal of Petitioner's representation dated 7 th August 2018 by Respondent No.1 despite directions from the Apex Court contained in its order dated 30th July 2018 in SLP No. 14164 of 2014.
2. In above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this writ petition by giving directions to Respondent No.1 to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 7 th August 2018, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-F to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties patilsr 1/ 2 ::: Uploaded on - 21/12/2018 ::: Downloaded on - 25/12/2018 22:15:22 ::: are kept open. Respondent No. 1 shall decide the said representation independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
