GORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy takes notice
for the 1" respondent.
The learned Standing Counse! takes notice for the respondent
Nas. 2 fo 4.
The Registry is directed to print the name of the learned Standing
Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4.
Both the learned counsels submit that in similar matiers there is
an interim order passed by this Court in W.PLNo. 3117 2 of 2023 and batch
dated 04.42.2028.
in view of tre same, the said interim order is extended In this case
aise.
Accordingly, in terms of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division
Bench of this Court in W.P.No.29987 of 2023 dated 21.17.2023, the
respondents are directed not fo take any coercive action, including
disconnection of the power supply subject to the payment of electricny
duty @ Rs.0.06 paise per KWh by the petitioners along with arrears, if
any, pending further orders.
