(2)A written request for the partial occupancy under these rules shall be accompanied by -(a)a notice for partial completion in the form as specified in Schedule - XII for the portion of the building or a building within a complex, which is proposed to be occupied;(b)the structural stability certificate for the occupation of the portion of building or a building within a complex, which is proposed to be occupied.
