Section 19(1) in Maharashtra Keeping and Movement of Cattle In Urban Areas (Control) Act, 1976
(1)Nothing in this Act shall apply to the cattle belonging to Government or to the local authority of the urban area or part thereof in which this Act has come into force and to any cattle kept for educational or research purposes or kept in a panjarpol or like institution.
