1. The Petitioner has filed the present application praying for the following reliefs:-
"a. Direct Respondent No. 2 to commence an inquiry into the Petitioner's complaint of sexual harassment dated 29.11.2019, and to submit the inquiry report to this Hon'ble Court under sealed cover, which report will be given effect to only with the leave of this Hon'ble Court;
b. Direct Respondent No. 1 to reinstate the Petitioner This is a digitally signed order.

d. Grant an early date for the final hearing and disposal off the captioned writ; in compliance with orders dated 12.04.2022 and CA No.2920/22 AND 23.01.2023 in LPA No.433/21 and 441/222;"
2. A perusal of the prayers show that granting the reliefs at this juncture would amount to allowing the writ petition itself. This Court is not inclined to grant the reliefs as has been prayed for, at this juncture.
3. List the present application along with the writ petition on the date already fixed in the matter, i.e., 18.12.2023.
