11. Budget and grants by the Government.
(1)The Commission shall prepare every year a budget estimate of its income and expenditure for the financial year and shall forward it to the Government.(2)The government shall, after due appropriation made by the Legislature of Delhi in this behalf, pay to the Commission by way of grants such sums of money as are adequate for carrying out the purposes of this Act.(3)The Commission may spend such sums out of the grants as it think fit for performing its functions under this Act, or incidental thereto
