86. Term of office of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other Members.—
The Chairman, Vice-Chairman or other Members shall hold office as such for a term of five years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains,—(a)in the case of Chairman and Vice-Chairman, the age of sixty-five years; and(b)in the case of a Member, the age of sixty-two years,whichever is earlier.
