(4)An appeal shall lie from an order of Registrar to the State Government on application made by the person or officer against when such order was passed within three months from the date of the communication of such order. The order of the Secretary on appeal and subject to the result of such appeal if any , the order of Registrar shall be final.CHAPTER - V Dissolution of Managing Committee
