- For the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that nothing in this Act shall be construed to authorize the Lokayukta to investigate any action which is taken by or with the approval of-(a)Any Judge as defined in section 19 of the Indian Penal Code (Act No. 45 of 1860);(b)Any officer or servant of any court in the State;(c)The Accountant-General, Jharkhand;(d)The Chairman or a Member of the State Public Service Commission;(e)The Chief Electoral Officer, Jharkhand;
