Section 402 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
402. Ground floor doors etc, not to open outwards on street.
- The Commissioner may, at any time, by written notice, require the owner of any premises on the ground floor, of which any door, gate, bar or window opens outwards upon a street, or upon any land required for the improvement of a street in such manner as in the opinion of the Commissioner to obstruct the safe or convenient passage of the public along such street, to alter the same, not to open outwards.
