Section 2(1) in Rajasthan Tourist Assistance Force Regulations, 2013
(1)In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)"Act" means the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Act, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010);(b)"rules" means the Rajasthan Tourism Trade (Facilitation and Regulation) Rules, 2010; and(c)"Tourist Assistance Force" or "TAF" means a special group of personnel engaged, deputed or appointed under section 17 of the Act.
