Section 33(1) in U.P. Zila Panchayats (Election of Adhyaksha and UP-Adhyaksha and Settlement of Election Disputes) Rules, 1994
(1)An election petition calling in question the election of an Adhyaksha or Up-Adhyaksha may be presented to the Judge at any time within thirty days from the date of declaration of the result under Rule 13 or Rule 28, as the case may be.
