Section 67(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)An employee may be placed under suspension by the Competent Authority: -(a)Where disciplinary proceedings against him are contemplated or are pending; or(b)Where a case against him in respect of any criminal offence is under investigation, inquiry or trial.
