Section 9(1)(ii) in Telangana Intermediate Education Act, 1971

(ii)to affiliate any college or other educational institution in the State to the Board as providing courses of study qualifying students for the Intermediate examination, and to recognise any college or other educational institution for the purpose of admitting in to the privileges to be granted by the Board, and to withdraw such affiliation or recognition;
