Section 17(1) in The Delhi Minorities Commission Act, 1999

(1)the Resolution made vide No. F. 10/3/98-HP/Estt./MC/2527 dated 20-05-1999 by the Government constitution the Delhi Minorities (Provisional) Commission (hereinafter referred to as "the former Commission") is hereby repealed.
