224. Communication with driver.
- Every motor vehicle for the use of passengers in which the driver's seat is separated from the passengers' compartment by a fixed partition which is not capable of being readily opened, shall be provided with sufficient means to enable the passengers in such compartment and conductor, if any, to give signal to the driver to stop the vehicle.
