Section 10(1) in Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950
(1)A [Board] [Substituted by Act 63 of 1982, Section 16 and Sch., for " Corporation" (w.e.f. 13.11.1982).] may associate with itself for any particular purpose in such manner as may be determined by regulations made under this Act any person whose assistance or advice it may desire.
