Section 20(1) in The Unit Trust Of India Act, 1963
(1)[The Trust may borrow, whether in India or outside India] [Substituted by Act 63 of 1985, Section 7, (w.e.f. 23.4.1986)] from any authority or person, not being Government or the Reserve Bank, against such security and on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon.
