Section 7 in Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 2018
7. Bar of jurisdiction of Commercial Courts.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, a Commercial Court shall not entertain or decide any suit, application or proceedings relating to any commercial dispute in respect of which the jurisdiction of the civil court is either expressly or impliedly barred under any other law for the time being in force.
