185. Issue of Corporation Bonds for development of Urban Infrastructure.
(1)Subject to such guidelines and procedure as the Central Government may lay down from time to time and with the previous approval of the Government, the Corporation may issue tax-free Corporation Bonds for financing of projects for development of urban infrastructure.(2)Subject to such guidelines and procedure as the Central Government may lay down from time to time and with the previous approval of the Government, the Corporation may involve private sector in development of various infrastructure in order to ensure quality service.
