(3)Securities guaranteed fully as regards principal and interest by a Provincial Government in Pakistan or charged on the revenues of any part of the thatdominion and debentures of other securities for money issued by or on behalf ofthe Port of Karachi and satisfying the requirements of rule 10-A of the Insurance Rules.
