Section 51 in Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Banks Act, 1979
51. [Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Banks] [Substituted for 'Primary Land Development Bank' vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987 w.e.f. 16-11-1978.].
- The provisions of Chapters VI, VII and VIII shall apply mutatis mutandis to all the [Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Banks] [Substituted for 'Primary Land Development Bank' vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987 w.e.f. 16-11-1978.] as they apply to the State Bank with the modification that reference there to the State Bank and Board shall be construed as reference to the [Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Banks] [Substituted for 'Primary Land Development Bank' vide H.P. Act No. 16 of 1987 w.e.f. 16-11-1978.] and committee respectively.
