O R D E R
On joint request made by learned counsel for the parties, the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre of the Supreme Court.
Learned counsel for the parties shall appear before the Co- ordinator of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The Mediation Centre shall issue notice fixing the date and time in the month of June, 2020.
In view of the Pandemic – Covid 19 condition, the Mediation Centre shall interact with the parties through video conferencing.
List the matter after the report is received from the Mediator.
In the meanwhile, counter affidavit, if need be, also filed.
