Section 11 in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
11. Oath or affirmation by members.
- Every member shall, before taking his seat, make and subscribe before such person as may be appointed by the Government in this behalf an oath or affirmation according to the prescribed form.
