Section 7(4) in The Orissa Nurses and Midwives Registration Act, 1938
(4)Every person appointed under Sub-section (1) or Sub-section (2) shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860).
