ORAL ORDER
7 10-11-2017All these cases have come at the instance of the Court as the order passed on 02.11.2017 has wrongly been typed as 03.11.2017, in place of order no.6 it has wrongly been typed as order no.7 and in the cause title of the order few cases have been typed, rest cases have been left out printed in the cause list.
In such view of the matter, the order dated 03.11.2017 passed in theses cases will be treated to have been passed on 02.11.2017. Similarly, the order no.7 will be treated as order no.6 and the order dated 02.11.2017 will be treated to have Patna High Court CWJC No.6051 of 2017 (7) dt.10-11-2017 10/10 been passed with respect to aforesaid cases mentioned this order.
Accordingly, the order dated 03.112017 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
