Section 12(1) in THE DELHI INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE ACT, 2010
(1)The Corporation shall maintain separate bank account and books of account and other books in respect of the Fund in relation to its business and transactions in such form, and in such manner, as may be prescribed.
