Section 1 in Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Adapted by G.O.Ms.No.25, Higher Education (TE/A2) Department, dated 22.07.2015.] Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th January, 1983.(3)It shall apply to all educational institutions.
