PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the
records pertaining to the impugned order in G.O.(Ms)No.108, Higher
Education Department, dated 28.04.2017 on the file of the first respondent
and the consequential impugned notice in Ref.No.C1-10/21851/2018, dated
02.04.2018 on the file of the fourth respondent and quash the same as illegal
and consequently, for a direction, forbearing the respondents from
deputing / deploying / allotting / redesignating the petitioners to any post
having lower scale of pay than the present scale of pay in the cadre of
Special Officer / Liaison Officer (i.e., Rs.15600-39100+Grade Pay of Rs.
5400) ensuring pay protection to the petitioners.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to close this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the final order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
