Section 2 in The University of Rajasthan (Amendment) Act, 1974
2. Amendment of section 18.
- In sub-section (1) of section 18 of the University of Rajasthan Act, 1946 hereinafter referred to as the principal Act,-(i)in sub division I, after the existing clause (xiii) the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:-"(xiii-A) The President of the Central Union (Students) of the University,"; and(ii)in sub-division III, sub-clause (b) of clause (xxv) shall be omitted.
