Section 7(i) in Rules for Rate Contract with Small Scale Industries of Orissa registered with the Directorate of EP&M, Orissa
(i)The Director shall, upon selection of store(s) for Rate Contract, issue notices to the Small Scale Industries to offer their sale price claimed as per Cost Analysis Report, vide Schedule III. Offer Notice shall be issued by the Directorate before 2 (two) months of the expiry of the Rate Contract.
