(3)Every petition against a finding or sentence submitted by a person against whom a sentence of death has been confirmed, and every order in respect of such petition shall be transmitted, where the confirming authority is the Chief of the Air Staff or the Central Government, through the Air officer incharge Administration at the Air Headquarters and in any other case, through the confirming officer.
