Section 4(a) in The Rajasthan Municipal Service (Revised Pay Scales) Rules, 1970
(a)in case any member of the service is on leave, under suspension training or on foreign service during the said period of six months, the option shall be exercised by him within six months from the date of his return to regular duty in the service;
