Section 5(2) in The Maharashtra Textile Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1982
(2)The Official Liquidator or any other who has , on the appointed day, in his possession or his custody or control any books, documents or other papers relating to the undertakings of any Company, which have vested, in the Corporation, shall be liable to account for the said books, documents or other papers to the Corporation or to such person as the Corporation may specify in this behalf.
