(e)Original Challan as proof of having paid ten percent of annual Licence fee of the distillery towards sub-lease fee and fifteen percent of the annual licence fee as security deposit in the shape of Fixed Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank situated in Andhra Pradesh in the name of the Commissioner.
