Section 37 in The Bombay Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958

37. Controller, etc. to be public servants.

- The Controller, Deputy Controllers. Assistant Controllers and Inspectors appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
