Section 41(1) in Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1972
(1)for sub-section (1), the following shall be substituted, namely:-"(1) The Court may determine that all instructions, teaching and training in courses of studies in respect of which the University is competent to hold examinations shall within the University Area be conducted by the University and shall be imparted by the teachers of the University and the Court shall communicate its decision to the State Government.";
