Section 35(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act, 2004
(1)Every affiliated college or recognised institution shall, in respect of the medium of education in agriculture and allied sciences, research in agriculture and programmes of extension education and examination therein, comply with the provisions made in that behalf by this Act, the Statutes and the Regulations.
