1. For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed.

3. On 11.03.2022, this court had directed the respondent to file an affidavit as to whether or not the persons who have served longer tenures at Delhi, and have the same credentials, qualifications and experience as the petitioner, are available in Delhi. The affidavit was not filed within time. On 15.03.2022, further time was granted to the respondent to comply with the said directions. On 28.03.2022, the default by respondent continued. However, they were granted time to file the same before the next date. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the non-compliance of the court's directions, the petitioner is being grievously prejudiced as he has not been paid the salaries.

5. The learned CGSC for the respondent submits that he has filed the affidavit on 25.03.2022, but it is not on record. The copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Let the respondent file an explanation as to why it is not on record and pursue with the Registry to have the same brought on record.

7. List on 10.05.2022.

8. The next date of hearing, i.e. 13.07.2022, stands cancelled.
