Section 5 in The Vegetable Oil Products Production and Availability (Regulation) Order 2011
5. Cancellation of Registration.
- The Chief Director may, after giving the producer an opportunity of being beard, cancel any registration granted to him under this Order for any contravention of the provisions of this Order.
