Among 21 respondents herein. Vakalatnama of respondent no. 1 is still awaited. Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos.

2,3,6,9 & 10 is also awaited. 14:29:25 IST Reason:

Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 &2 has mentioned that  Item no. 10 -2- complete set of pleadings have not yet been received.

Petitioner to provide the same within two weeks' and shall file the proof of service of pleading.

Counter affidavit for all these respondents be filed within four weeks' thereafter. No opportunity for the purpose shall be given. Respondent nos. 12,16 & 18 have filed the counter affidavit but certain defects are noticed. Be cured within two weeks' time. Counter affidavit of respondent nos. 4,5,8,13,15,17,21,&14 is already on record. Service of remaining respondent nos. 7,11,19 &20 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Application for deleting the name of respondent no. 14 has already processed in the chamber court. List on 2nd December 2015.
